There's a new duo of vampires in town, and things aren't ever going to be the same.
Heeeeeeoooly CRAP! This episode is fantastic.
Spike and Drusilla, the English vampire couple, drive into town with their blacked out car windows, and raise havoc. Spike has killed 2 slayers in his 200 years, and Drusilla is just crazy. They combine to make the most interesting thing to happen on this show yet, and it lays the groundwork for 6 more years of greatness.
There's nothing more to say without spoiling it. This episode, especially the ending, is must see TV.

Hell yeah! This episode has some nice foreshadowing of a conversation to take place in the season finale between Spike and Joyce!
I don't remember! I can't wait to get there.
Most creators not only wouldn't realize that something just wasn't working (all that "Anointed One" nonsense), let alone have the nerve to completely change things up like Whedon does with this episode.
PS Is "The Doctor's Diary" dead or just sleeping?
T Mafia, the Doctor's Diary is most definitely not dead. I watched 31 stories in less than a month, and I got a bit burned out. I just needed to recharge a bit, and as soon as I have, I'll be back with more marathons of Doctor Who.
And I agree with your comment about how refreshing the change that took place in this episode was.
