3.9 - The Wish

Anyanka grants Cordy's wish that Buffy had never come to Sunnydale.

After the last episode's 10/10, this one comes along and makes it a two for one. I love this one too. As a comics fan, this feels very much like an issue of What If... in which we find out how things would have been if certain events had not fallen into place. In this case, if Buffy had never come to Sunnydale. It's got some really poignant moments and it doesn't feel forced or heavy handed, either. Vampire Willow and Vampire Xander look like they are having lots of fun.

Plus, this marks the first appearance of soon to be cast regular Anya.
